H.R. 10607, H.R. 11498, and H.R. 11508, to strengthen protection of U.S. vessels on the high seas and in foreign territorial waters. H.R. 13407, to amend the Pacific Marine Fisheries Compact to stipulate the commission's duties and to provide funds to promote fisheries' conservation, to prevent ocean waste disposal, and to protect against overfishing U.S. territorial waters.
