These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iChatbook, our AI-powered book conversation platform. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use iChatbook.
iChatbook lets you chat with books, generate summaries, and explore an AI-powered reading experience. Our Service uses AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others to power these features.
You must be 13 or older to use iChatbook. To access all features, you'll need to create an account. Keep your account information accurate and your password secure. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
You may use iChatbook for personal, educational, and professional purposes. You may not:
You own the content you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to process, store, and analyze it using AI so we can provide the Service. We may use anonymized data to improve our models. We do not use your personal content to train third-party AI models without your consent.
iChatbook, including our software, AI models, and branding, is our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology without permission.
Our AI features are provided "as is." AI responses may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content is not professional advice. Different AI providers may produce different results. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI output.
We offer subscription plans with different features. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime — your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of iChatbook is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described there, including processing by third-party AI providers.
We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
iChatbook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to protect and compensate iChatbook against any claims or losses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access is revoked and data may be deleted after a grace period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of iChatbook after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
