The collection contains her business correspondence, contracts, itineraries, financial records and telegrams. Her personal correspondence chiefly includes letters and postcards to her family while on tour, as well as letters to her from friends and admirers in the last years of her life. There is an extensive series of correspondence, primarly in Danish, from Harald Lander to Toni Lander's family, the Pihl Petersen family. The collection also contains photographs, negatives and color transparencies depicting Lander's family, Lander in various ballet roles, posed portraits and candids, as well as a diary/autograph book, a book of drawings, appointment books, grade school report cards, and a pair of Lander's castanets.
