Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin pesat saait ini. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah tidak lain hasil dari kegiatan penelitian ilmiah yang dilakukan oleh tenaga pendidik maupun pelaku pendidikan. Seiring berkembangnya pembangunan perhatian terhadap analisis data penelitian telah berkembang pesat pula. Buku ini merupakan kumpulan karya dari para wanita hebat yang sudah berkiprah dalam bidang keilmuan masing-masing dan sudah berhasil melakoni berbagai macam peran yang disematkan oleh keluarga, oleh lembaga tempat mengabdi, maupun oleh masyarakat. Sejumlah 22 wanita terundang untuk menuangkan pengalaman pribadi, keluarga, maupun karier mereka dalam bentuk tulisan singkat, yang berhasil ditata oleh penyunting dengan cerdik dan apik untuk menggambarkan keutuhan pribadi para wanita tersebut dalam konteks yang relevan.
