This coloring book commemorates the excitement of their accomplishments during the rewarding and happy time they were members of the club. And, it will provide many hours of inspirational and delighted coloring to aspiring pole vaulters everywhere The original photos for this book were taken by Coach Garcia of athletes that he was coaching. The book was created as a way to express his gratitude to all the athletes, coaches, parents and friends who supported the club over the years. The idea of a coloring book came through collaboration with his newsletter and flyer designer. They created this coloring book as a way of sharing all the wonderful moments that he and these talented athletes have enjoyed. It is his wish that you enjoy this book, not only as a keepsake but for the many hours of happy coloring it will provide. A note from Linda L Lamme, the designer, about the images inside this book: Some of the images are very simple and some are quite complex. I provided a light gray guide to help define the images, especially the complex ones, for ease in coloring and to clearly establish the identity of each of the athletes and coaches. The finished pages will fit inside a standard 8 1/2 " frame and are blank on the back to prevent bleed-through if pens are used. Make sure you test by putting a blank piece of paper behind the page you are coloring the first time you try a new brand of colored pens or gel pens because some types bleed more than others. Of course, if you use pencils this will not be an issue. Did you know that coloring has been found to increase focus and help to think more clearly?
