This book reflects the work and influence of Erland Waltner, leader in the Mennonite Church for 60 years. He has been a pastor, preacher, teacher, and administrator, serving congregations in Freeman, S.D., and Mountain Lake, Minn.; teaching at Bethel College, North Newton, Kan., and Mennonite Biblical Seminary; and serving as administrator for Mennonite World Conference and Mennonite Medical Association.Four sections portray these many avenues of his service:1.
