Pictures in yellow, blue, and red: since the mid-1990s Detlef Beer (b. 1963) has been addressing the independent existence of primary colors, investigating their impact and how they are understood - independent of objective arrangements or even emotional aspects. Consequently works emerge in which Color Field Painting, Constructivism, and Informel coalesce. In Beer's most recent works the panel painting is transferred to the wall, which likewise becomes the ground for painting. In this way, not only do the work and ground communicate with each other but also the forms of art and architecture.

This work contains amended versions of a number of pioneering articles on the social contours of the membership of the Nazi Party published by the authors in the 1980s, added to which are new studies examining the social background of members of the Nazi Party recruited in a rural region, a university town, and in a city.

The first publishing house publication dedicated to the artist Kinki Texas presents works dating from 2009 to 2013 and provides a comprehensive insight into the Kinki Texas Space. This world is populated by absurd figures such as Knights of the Grail, zombie cowboys, clones and noble cannibals. Using a fragile and fragmented visual language, Kinki Texas repeatedly presents what appear to be historic figures in contemporary contexts. Various legends, both subtle and garish, complement the overlapping motifs in the visual space in his drawings and large-scale paintings.
