Política y caudillos colombianos en la caricatura editorial, 1920-1950
This book is the result of a long process of research conducted between 1995 and 2003, the text is about a little-studied problem in Colombian life: analysis of partisan political imaginary as a tool to more comprehensively understand the conflicting and sometimes violent relations between liberals and conservatives in the first half of the twentieth century. The text seeks to shed light on evidence used in the process of forging these imaginary and how to encourage the spread of images, stereotypes, prejudices, feelings and axioms that formed the basis of attitudes and behaviors of exclusion, violence, segregation, discrimination and conviction among political actors.
