And God made the apostle Peter and other apostles save the chosen people of God among the Jews through the spiritual gospel. According to such will of God, the apostle Paul preached the gospel through his first missionary journey at the Galatia region and Antioch in Picidia region, that located in Asia Minor. Then because the Jews interrupted his gospel mission, the apostle Paul went to Iconium at the south east of Antioch, and he went again to the surrounding city: Lystra and Derbe in Lycaonia region. Under such circumstance, the apostle Paul continued to preach the gospel in the Galatia region. In this way the apostle Paul was able to lay the foundation to build the early churches at the Galatia region. And the apostle Paul got back up the way he came and went back to Antioch. At there, the apostle Paul was able to settle the early church with the disciples appointed as the elders who he taught through the gospel. And when the apostle Paul commenced his second missionary journey, first off he visited Galatia region in order to care the churches that he built at his first missionary journey. Also, the apostle Paul tried to preach the gospel to other regions of Asia Minor, but God did not allowed his works in the Asia Minor more. And God sent the apostle Paul to Philippi and Thessalonica in the Macedonia region in order to preach the gospel there, and God let him build Philippi church and Thessalonica church each of there. And God made the apostle Paul stop by Athens for a while and go to Corinth in Achaia region and God let him build Corinth church. In this way the apostle Paul finished his second missionary journey. Also, at his third missionary journey, first off the apostle Paul visited the church of Galatia in Asia Minor. And while the apostle Paul stayed at the Ephesus in lydia region, he wrote 1 Corinthians, and he went across the sea to Philippi in Macedonia region and he wrote 2 Corinthians. During such a missionary journey, the apostle Paul heard about the trouble happened to the churches of Galatia due to the persecution of the Jews, and then he was become to write Galatians. After then, the apostle Paul left from Macedonia region to Ephesus in Lydia of Asia Minor. And at the lecture hall of Tyrannus, the apostle Paul began to teach the spiritual gospel deeply to the elders appointed by him for 2 Years, and he chose 12 disciples among those elders learned from him. And God let the 12 disciples of Paul preached continuously the spiritual gospel to the Jews and the Greek in Galatia region of Asia Minor instead the apostle Paul. In this way the apostle Paul preached eagerly the spiritual gospel and built the churches of Galatia in Asia Minor through his first, second and third missionary. When the churches of Galatia faced to be in dangerous due to the persecution through a different gospel of the Jews, the apostle Paul taught the spiritual gospel and gave comfort to them through Galatians as his letter of the gospel. Like this, God spreaded out widely the spiritual gospel to the world with a summary of the spiritual gospel through Galatians wrote by the apostle Paul. And God led the missionary journey of the apostle Paul up the third journey. 책 소 개 하나님께서 이스라엘 백성들을 위하여 주신 첫 언약이 되는 율법은 절대로 죄가 될 수 없는 하나님의 언약이 되는 것이다. 그러나 그 율법을 따라 행하는 육신의 행위 즉 율법의 행위는 죄가 된다는 말씀이다. 왜냐하면 마귀의 미혹을 받는 육신의 생각으로는 영이신 하나님을 섬길 수 없기 때문이다. 이는 에덴동산에서 아담과 하와가 하나님의 뜻을 따르지 않고 마귀가 되는 뱀의 꼬임을 따른 죄로 인하여, 그들의 영이 하나님께 대하여 죽었기 때문이다. 그러므로 그들의 후손들인 인간들도 영이 죽은 상태로 하나님께 대하여 원죄를 가지고 세상에 태어난 것이다. 따라서 그들의 영이 죽은 상태에서 영이신 하나님을 섬길 수 없으므로 육신의 생각으로 마귀의 유혹을 받으며 죄인으로 살아 왔다는 말씀이다. 이런 죄인들이 되는 이스라엘 백성들을 구원하시기 위하여 먼저 하나님께서는 첫 언약이 되는 율법을 주시고, 이스라엘 백성들로 하여금 영이 죽어 육신의 생각으로 율법을 지켜 살도록 하신 것이 율법 시대이며 첫 언약 시대가 되는 구약 시대의 이스라엘 백성들인 것이다. 그런데 악한 세상에서 육신의 생각으로 우상을 섬기며 살아온 이스라엘 백성들에게 율법을 주시어 육신의 생각으로 하나님을 섬기게 하심으로, 그들로 하여금 우상을 버리고 율법으로 하나님을 섬기도록 훈련하신 연단의 기간이 율법시대인 것이다. 그러나 율법을 따라 행하는 육신의 행위는 죄가 되어 하나님을 섬길 수 없기 때문에 하나님께서는 이스라엘 백성들에게 새 언약이 되는 복음을 주시어 영적으로 믿고 따라 행하는 영적인 삶을 살도록 구원의 길을 열어 주셨던 것이다. 그렇지만 이스라엘 백성들의 후손이 되는 유대인들은 오늘날까지도 모세의 율법만을 고집하며 자기들만이 하나님께 구원 받은 선민이라고 주장하며 영적인 복음을 배척하며 살아가고 있는 것이다. 그러나 하나님께서는 사도들로 하여금 영적인 복음을 전파하게 하심으로 그 복음을 통하여 구원 받은 백성들이 초대 교회를 세워 하나님을 영적으로 섬기도록 하셨던 것이다. 그리고 그 초대 교회의 구원 받은 백성들로 하여금 영적인 복음을 따라 행하는 영적인 행위로 세상 죄인들 가운데서 하나님께서 인도하시는 영적인 삶을 살도록 하셨던 것이다. 그런데 사도들 이후에 선진들이 사도들처럼 영적으로 깨우쳐 그들의 영이 거듭나지 못하고, 율법을 따르던 습관으로 원죄를 가진 육신의 생각을 따라 행함으로, 사도들이 거듭난 영으로 전파했던 영적인 복음을 그들이 율법의 행위로 전파하여 왔던 것이다. 그러므로 오늘날 개혁 교회라고 하는 영적인 복음을 전파하는 교회들 역시, 하나님의 새 언약이 되는 영적인 복음을 거듭난 영이 아닌 율법의 행위가 되는 육신의 생각으로 믿고 따르며, 영이신 하나님을 섬기려고 노력하여 왔기 때문에 구원에 이르지 못하였던 것이다. 다시 말하지만 영적인 행위가 아닌 육신의 행위로 구원의 복음을 따라 행하게 되면 영이신 하나님을 만날 수 없는 것이다. 그러므로 그들이 영적으로 구원을 받지 못하여 도로 원죄를 가진 죄인으로 살게 되는 것이다. 이는 육신의 생각으로 믿는 믿음과 하나님께서 주시는 영적인 믿음, 그리고 육신의 생각과 거듭난 영을 통한 영적인 생각에 관해서 영적으로 깨우쳐 알지 못하기 때문에 그들의 죽은 영이 거듭나지 못하여, 마귀가 미혹하는 육신의 생각으로 율법의 행위를 행하며 살게 되었던 것이다. 이러한 하나님의 영적인 일들은 우리가 육신의 생각과 눈으로 판단할 수 없고, 다만 우리가 배우게 될 히브리서 11장에서 말하고 있는 영적인 믿음의 증거들로 말미암아 알 수가 있는 것이다. 이러한 영적인 일들을 영적인 믿음으로 깨닫게 되어야 아담의 죄로 죽은 영이 거듭나서 의롭게 되어, 약속의 성령을 받아 거듭난 영이 되는 마음의 성전에 보혜사 성령을 모시고, 함께 오신 예수님의 인도하심을 따라 영적인 삶으로 하나님께 영적인 예배들 드리며 구원받은 자의 영적인 삶을 이 땅에서 살다가 예수님의 재림의 심판 때 하늘나라로 가서 영원히 살게 될 것이다. 이러한 구원의 영적인 과정들에 대하여, 다음에 있는 새 언약으로 주신 영적인 복음들을 본 저자가 영적으로 풀어 해설한 하나님의 말씀들을 통하여, 여러분이 영적으로 깨우쳐 알게 됨으로, 「영적으로 구원 받는 길」을 깨달아 실행하게 될 것이다. 이 책 「영적으로 구원 받는 길」은 내가 저자로서 새 언약으로 주신 신약 성경에 있는 복음들을 위하여 쓴 아래의 「영적인 해설과 함께하는 책들」에 관하여 소개하는 책이다. 그런 「영적인 해설과 함께하는 책들」은 지금 유페이퍼와 그 제휴사들과 Google의 전자책 서점에서 「마태복음 해설서」, 「요한복음 해설서」, 「사도행전 해설서」, 「로마서 해설서」, 「고린도 전 후서 해설서」, 「데살로니가 전 후서 해설서」, 「히브리서 해설서」, 「베드로 전 후서 해설서」, 「요한 일 이 삼서 해설서」, 등의 이름으로 판매 되고 있다. 그리고 이 책 「영적으로 구원 받는 길」은 새 언약 성경책들의 영적인 해설을 위하여 내가 쓴 「영적인 해설과 함께하는 책들」 모두를 요약해서 쓴 책이다. 이와 같이 이 책에 요약되어 있는 영적인 복음은 하늘나라를 열 수 있는 the Master key가 될 것이다. 그리고 그 the Master key는 여러분들을 「영적으로 구원 받는 길」로 인도할 것이다.

Gunn sets out his aim in this book to foster a fresh understanding of the narrative about David in 2 Samuel and 1 Kings, commonly known as the 'Succession Narrative,' by arguing for its fuller appreciation of its nature as a story. Gunn reviews the different hypotheses on the genre of the so-called Court History/Succession Narrative and concludes that the purpose of this story is to entertain. The work is to be considered primarily artistic and literary, and the rhetorical devices in the story are reliant on traditional motifs and devices.

Of all the characters bequeathed to us by the Hebrew Bible, none is more compelling or complex than David. Divinely blessed, musically gifted, brave, and eloquent, David's famous slaying of Goliath also confirms that he is a redoubtable man of war. Yet, when his son Absalom rebels, David is dogged by the accusation than he will lose his kingdom because he is not merely a man of war, but a man of 'bloods' - guilty of shedding innocent blood. In this book, for the first time, this language of 'innocent blood' and 'bloodguilt' is traced throughout David's story in the books of Samuel and 1 Kings. The theme emerges initially in Saul's pursuit of David and resurfaces regularly as David rises and men like Nabal, Saul, Ishbosheth, and Abner fall. Innocent blood and bloodguilt also turn out to be central to David's reign. This is seen in a surprising way in David's killing of Uriah, but also in the subsequent deaths of his sons, Amnon and Absalom, his general, Amasa, and even in David's encounters with Shimei. The problem rears its head again when the innocent blood of the Gibeonites shed by Saul comes back to haunt David's kingdom. Finally, the problem reappears when Solomon succeeds David and orchestrates the executions of Joab and Shimei, and the exile of Abiathar. Attending carefully to the text and drawing extensively on previous biblical scholarship, David J. Shepherd suggests that innocent blood is not only a pre-eminent concern of David, and his story in Samuel and 1 Kings, but also shapes the entirety of David's history.
