All of Edith Dekyndt's work is made under the umbrella of what she calls Universal Research of Subjectivity, an enigmatic project concerning the place of the subject between the categories of science and fiction. Characterized by their visual and technical simplicity, her works inquire into how the notion of subjectivity changes once confronted with the possibility of a sensible machine.
