The objective of this research was to analyze the impact of the learning process in business administration and management of students' values, through the application of factor analysis to the information obtained in a survey consisting of students in the first and fifth year of studies. The study derived the following conclusions: First, students bring a value-oriented education that is consolidated and strengthened during their studies; and Second, the set of values that are identified could be classified as moral values and action-oriented values related to decision-making. The results of this research work will help to review the competencies as defined in degrees and different courses, as well as establish better mechanisms, so that the university can become an instrument of social transformation. Petrology, New Perspectives and Applications is designed for advanced graduate courses and professionals in petrology. The book includes eight chapters that are focused on the recent advances and application of modern petrologic and geochemical methods for the understanding of igneous, metamorphic and even sedimentary rocks. Research studies contained in this volume provide an overview of application of modern petrologic techniques to rocks of diverse origins. They reflect a wide variety of settings (from South America to the Far East, and from Africa to Central Asia) as well as ages ranging from late Precambrian to late Cenozoic, with several on Mesozoic/Cenozoic volcanism.

In order to adapt curricula to the new European system of credits, ECTS (European Credit Transfer System), it is necessary to previously elaborate a teaching guide. The teaching guide clarifies the subject syllabus making it easier for learners to understand, sets objectives related to the competencies and skills to be acquired, plans activities that should be developed according to new objectives and analyzes the learner workload that involved in these activities. This paper proposes a teaching guide written by the lecturers of management control, a fifth year subject in the Business Management and Administration Degree. For its elaboration, we followed the guidelines in the White Book sponsored by the Spanish National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, as well as the guidelines for specific curricula used in the institution, together with the lecturers' experience and knowledge in this field. La presente monografía constituye un análisis exhaustivo sobre la trascendencia de la reducción del plazo de prescripción tributaria, introducida por el artículo 24 de la Ley de Derechos y Garantías del Contribuyente, en el delito de defraudación tributaria, que pasaría del plazo de prescripción de 5 años, al de cuatro años previsto en el Estatuto del Contribuyente. Dicha cuestión ha abierto un importante debate doctrinal, con una gran transcendencia práctica que se refleja en los frecuentes pronunciamientos de los tribunales que se analizan en el trabajo, con especial detenimiento en las recientes sentencias del Tribunal Supremo.
