When Luke Hunter is bequeathed a large amount of property in northern Idaho, he moves from his home state of Maine to begin his new life living off the land in the wilderness. After a perilous journey to his remote cabin, which he finds uninhabitable, he is faced with days of backbreaking labor before he can put his plan in motion. Thoroughly exhausted, he looks up and sees the image of a young girl among the trees. Is his mind playing tricks on him? Uncertain, Luke heads into the woods to find answers, but is not prepared for what he encounters in this predator-laden wilderness.
