A collection of interviews between Tod Marshall and twenty contemporary poets, all born within a few years of 1950.

Summary: House MTY is located in San Pedro Garza García (State of Nuevo León), in a recently developed forest area and with a strict regulation of construction that emphasizes the ecological protection. This book is an architectural, conceptual, poetic and literary account of the house and its natural and architectural context. With texts by Alexandre Labasse, Richard Meier, Juhani Pallasmaa, Claude Parent, Jesús Silva-Herzog, Billie Tsien and Tod Williams, this monograph project is inspired by the environment, filled with rocks and with interesting topography; a story that narrates the series of squares flowing between the cliffs with the vegetation as enclosure.

Poetry. "100,000 drones above us, a headline said. / Someone must love us, must be eager to know us," Tod Marshall writes in the title poem of his third collection, BUGLE. Notes of (self) surveillance blast throughout this book, which shakes its readers awake to encounter the slagheap of extraction (mineral and confessional), the dark corners of containment (domestic and poetic), and the possibilities (sometimes hopeful, often grim) of transformation.

Tod Perry describes himself as a "small voice out of Cudjoe," and writes of "where I have lived for the past 50 years back and forth between Germany and Cudjoe Key." He "studied language and literature at Cornell, the Writers Workshop at Iowa, and later taught at the University of Puerto Rico. After five years in New York, I left for Europe in 1970" and has continued "splitting his time" ever since. "At Iowa I was the winner of a fiction writing prize, and recently came in second in the 2012 Robt Frost Poetry Contest," Perry continued. "My work has appeared in a number of magazines, periodicals and anthologies, including the New Yorker, Prairie Schooner, and elsewhere. Translations have also appeared in various anthologies."
