Steve Hawk and his wife Marta are living a dream life in a villa in the Virgin Islands, under the U, S, Witness Protection Program, The reason for being in this program is that Marta's brother Hugo, who is a despotic head of a major drug cartel, has placed a hit on them with a large bounty.
