Descendants of William Beal (1667-1714), the immigrant, who was born in Ross, Herefordshire, England, a son of William and Ellinor Bellamy Beal. His wife Elizabeth died 1754. By 1688 William Beal was living in Bucks Co., Pa. and bying land there. He was also a Quaker. Family members and descendants live in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oregon, Indiana and elsewhere.

En 2020 Jeanne Jacob est invitée à travailler à partir des œuvres de la collection du Musée Pasquart à Biel/Bienne pour l'exposition Kaléidoscope : 30 Jahre Sammlung. L'œuvre Mickey Fluid est le résultat de ce travail. La série de 99 peintures à l'huile sur papier glacé s'inspire de la sculpture Form in Raum (1991/92) de Markus Raetz. Dans cette œuvre Markus Raetz oppose la compréhension rapide d'un symbole à la perception de chacun. En tournant autour de la sculpture un angle précis nous révèle une icône connue de la culture populaire: Mickey Mouse. En relation avec l'œuvre de Raetz, Jeanne Jacob adopte un autre point de vue singulier : Mickey Fluid (2020) dissout l'image stéréotypée de Mickey Mouse en lui donnant 99 visages différents. La diversité des portraits rappelle le regard personnel que chaque lecteur porte sur le livre. Ainsi, Jeanne Jacob personnifie ce personnage culte, en transformant le collectif en individuel. Une jaquette unique est faite à la main par l'artiste pour chaque exemplaire du livre et avec une technique mêlant peinture et sérigraphie.

Conrad Stuntz (1738-1810) was born in the province of Würtemburg, Germany. He emigrated to America in 1776 as a member of one of the German regiments hired by the British Crown. After his service as a German mercenary, he married Anna Briefling (b.abt1760) probably in Lancaster Co., PA. Their first child, Johannes or John (b.1780) was born in Lancaster Co. They were the parents of seven children, some born in Lancaster Co., others in Frederick and Berkeley counties, VA. Later, they were living in Beaver Twp., Crawford Co., PA, where he was buried. Their son Elder George Stuntz (1789-1902) who was born in Berkelyey Co., VA, was married to Mary Randall in 1810. He was an enthusiastic Methodist minister in the area near Kingsville, Ashtabula Co., Ohio and other areas. They were the parents of eleven children. Several generations of ancestors and descendants are given.
