She was a descendant of Sebastiano Salvo (ca. 1844-ca. 1948) of Santa Agata Militello and his wife, Maria Teresa Lotteranti. Also includes descendants of Vito Salvo, a possible brother. Many of their descendants immigrated to the United States and live on the East Coast and other places.
