As so many parents these days seem to all but bubble-wrap their kids to prevent any harm, it is kind of fun to look back on the much more easygoing, hands-off approach the parents of my generation had. Basically, this are the life and times, accidents and injuries, the general fun and chaos of what it was like to grow up in suburbia during the 70s and 80s.
