Poems written over years of steady friendship

We all have an inner child that at times is resistant to change. For many, change means to "let go" of that which affords us comfort. Emotional growth occurs by "letting go" and embracing new experiences. Children are awesome teachers in demonstrating this life lesson.

There are many ways of exploring spirituality. Poetry is one of them. There are many places to find inspiration. The solitude and silence of a church retreat is one of them.

The 2007 report of the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Procedure, Making a difference, led to a number of changes to petitions to the House of Representatives, including the creation of the Petitions Committee. The report also suggested that the House change its practices so that it could accept electronic petitions. The present report inquires into this issue.
