Includes the original published booklet, Viva Ferlinghetti, and a photocopy later made and sold by Ferlinghetti, which became the subject of a copyright infringement lawsuit by authors, Kaufman and Diane Spencer. Correspondence concerning the dispute and settlement is also included.
