Inherited Home for Sale
After living with a chain of poisonous-comic, dangerous, and sometimes tragic events throughout his life, on his 71st birthday, he leaves his second home for good from Lund, in southern Sweden, to Stockholm. He has left his first home, Iran, for many years before. As he gently packs a picture album that he carefully saved all these years, his eyes fall on two particular photos. The first one is a house he inherited from his parents in Abadan, Iran, and wanted to sell, which reminds him of that period of his life and the Kafka-like maze of Iranian priest cells. The other one is a photo of his sister, Poury, who brings back the mental shock he suffered after she became killed, only ten years old. Since then, he has continued to believe that his slain sister was still alive. All this while, along with his friends, he lived in a country traumatized by political difficulties, internal and external antagonism, social incongruence, and constant Medieval-Inquisitive-Method of persecution. As he is putting the last piece of his belongings on the truck, an anthem vibrates in his head: "O Iran! Oh, your border is full of precious! O Iran! Your soil is source of art gracious!"
