The Hour of the Wolf (Role Reversal Book 1)
The Hour of the Wolf (Role Reversal Book 1)
It should have been a straight-forward miningE exploration to a asteroid a few light years away by a mixture of miners and prisoners wishing for a early release from their prison sentences. It should have been a straight-forward in and out of a carefully scouted out mine over in under a year which had enough coal and gold to save aE dying race for generations. But then the Wolf came, slaughtering everybody it encountered turning order to chaos, turning brother against brother and survival into a deadly, murderous game. Told in tense, horror micro poems, The Hour of the Wolf is the first book in a new series 'Role Reversal' by acclaimed poet, Andy N (Author of 'Return to Kemptown' and 'The End of Summer) redefining horror and poetry in a very different way.

the streets were all we could see
Stepping away into the shadows, The Streets were all we could see is the fourth full-length poetry collection by Andy N, author of most recently 'The End of Summer' and 'The Birth of Autumn' walking away at least temporarily from seasonal mysteries into tiny almost flash fiction pieces masked as poems. Told almost as tiny murmurs, each of the poems contained within this book are told not as a sequel to either of his seasonal books but a grasping of emotions in the most tiny fragments of life from chasing goodbyes on front doorsteps to abandoned bicycles outside shopfront windows and cars dying when you least expect. The streets were all could see explores life through a different lens like a picture catching a memory before memory distorts it taking you a transformative journey from the good and the bad moments and everything that flows in-between it

Run away with me in seven words
Run away with me in seven words
Originally inspired by what was intended to be a standalone seven-word poem on Instagram; Run Away with Me in Seven Words is the debut co-written collection by Manchester Poets and real-life couple, Amanda Steel and Andy N. This book contains a sequence of poems taking the reader through a journey. Each piece is exactly seven words, where the two writers seem to play emotional tennis with each other using a pared down precision, redefining how sequences of poetry can be written. This collection takes its readers on a lyrical journey from the beginning, celebrating the textures of life and indeed love, between the desire to stand still and the necessity of not been afraid to run away with the flow.

Europa VI
Europa VI
Standing their ground with everything they have, "Europa VI - The Beginning of the End" follows almost immediately straight on from "Europa V: Falling from View" with Poets Nick Armbrister and Andy N taking the reader right back to the beginning of a bloody invasion. "Europa VI - The Beginning of the End" looks at the tension in the air right from how people's lives are changed overnight to how people fight back inside and outside the War Zone and what do people do when everything they have lived with all of their lives and how things change overnight. "Europa VI - The Beginning of the End" is poetic reporters Nick Armbrister and Andy N at their most poetic and forthright in the heart of a war-zone wriggling the page backwards and forwards of how it is to live in this ordeal, speaking of the menace, the grief and everything that lies in-between.

The Birth of Autumn
The Birth of Autumn
Stepping over the gate into pastures afresh, The Birth of Autumn, the third full-length poetry book by Andy N, author of both 'Return to Kemptown' and 'The End of Summer' is a collection of poetry rooted in the exhilaration and the melancholy in the change of season that follows Summer. Told in sparse, tender brush-strokes, the book is as much a sequel to his previous book The End of Summer as a further exploration of life as well as the change of rural and agricultural rhythms of Autumn all wrapped in a whirl of emotions that follows at the end of one season that follows into the next. The Birth of Autumn is a book lost in shadows as the skies begin to darken slowly but also brings back beauty into your emotions, adventures into feelings and the leaves on the floor into a miraculously vibrant colour.
