H.R. 9464, to repeal the requirement that between the Chief and Deputy Chief of the Bureau of Ships, one must be experienced in naval engineering and the other must be experienced in naval architecture. H.R. 9465, to extend for five years the loan of a destroyer to Taiwan and authorize the loan of a submarine to Canada. H.R. 10474, to authorize FY61 naval vessel construction.
