David and the Goliath Within

"Freshness has no smell" sliding down in life to the perplexities of struggle. One thing that individuals will come to the realization is that new experiences are what makes or breaks us. Sometimes these experiences happen on the outskirts of our psyche, other times they are part of us. But the newness of the experience is void of any smell from the past; by nature it cannot make a declaration to move is if it is contaminating yesterday's odor. This was the lesson that author David Lee Hereford had to learn. It has because of a long, contaminated journey through sex, infidelity, abandonment, superficial relationships and finally cancer, that has forced him to face the Goliath from within. This is a journey of realization and reflection, one of the reader will not be able to forget. It is a bold message that continues to be perpetual because life is organic and although the struggle continues both physically and emotionally, the author continues to prevail.
