In Germany, they call it Miniatur Wunderland. This miniature wonderland is a model railway attraction in Hamburg, Germany, and the largest of its kind in the world. In March 2016 the railway consisted of 50,525 ft of track in HO scale. The exhibit includes 930 trains made up of over 14,450 carriages, 335,000 lights, 228,000 trees, and 215,000 human figurines.
There are eleven sections:
1) Harz, the highest mountain range in Northern Germany
2) Knuffingen, a fictitious city with amazing model cars
3) The Alps and Austria
4) Hamburg, the second largest city in Germany
5) America, especially the United States
6) Denmark
7) Sweden and its snow covered landscape
8) Norway with ships sailing in real water
9) Switzerland
10) Bavaria and the Bavarian lifestyle
11) Knuffingen Airport, a replicate of the Hamburg Airport
