Identifying the Celtic

The central question of the Celtic Studies Association of North America's second conference and resulting eight essays is the extent to which the characterization Celtic can be expanded from the handful of extant and extinct languages to cultural aspects of the people who speak and spoke them. Among the topics are the degree of religious unity within Celtic speaking people, and whether some fringe groups qualify for the kilt. Distributed in the US by ISBS.
