The Middle English Bible

This is the third and final volume of Lindberg's trilogy of books from the Middle English Bible. Together with Prefatory Epistles of St. Jerome and The Book of Baruch, this volume forms a structure of the first full translation of the Bible into English, incorporating the crucial part of the work of Wyclif and his followers. This edition takes into account all the surviving material for the parts presented along with the underlying Latin Vulgate.
