Museums Among Friends

A book which takes a look at the contribution made by friends and other support groups forming part of the wider museum community. It also looks at the work of the umbrella British Association of Friends of Museums and considers whether it should develop so as to act, ideally in partnership with the independent charity National Heritage, as a museum-users' group and advocate of musem interest generally.
