Store Days

The Store was a real store in New York owned, run and furnished by artist Claes Oldenburg. It was 80 feet long and 10 feet wide. In 1962 for 10 weekends it became a theatre where volunteer actors performed wordless plays. Scripts of theatrical pieces included.
