Designing for the Theatre

The author has done the designs for more than 250 stage productions and has long been regarded as one of the leading contributors to the American stage. His designs have been lavished upon a broad variety of plays ranging from Shakespeare to such outstanding musical comedies as "South Pacific" and "The King and I."
