El Mundo 21 Hispano

Designed for heritage speaker courses in intermediate Spanish, the content-based approach of El mundo 21 hispano provides students with a wealth of opportunities to learn about their own country of origin, or that of their ancestors. As students delve into their roots they learn to respect and take pride in their own cultural heritage as well as those of their classmates.Culturally unified approach organizes the 21 Spanish-speaking countries into six logical, geographical units. The Unit opener gives the early history of each geographical region presented.A deductive approach to grammar for Spanish speakers and bilinguals opens each grammar lesson with an activity titled A que ya lo sabes , in which students quickly realize that they already use correctly the concepts being studied.
