FOOLISH LOYALTY OR HELPLESSNESS?

In recent years, pro-organizational and unethical behavior has become one of the hot topics in academic research at home and abroad. However, the existing research shows great ambiguity in the understanding of the motivation and type of this behavior, which not only affects the accuracy of the research conclusions, but also shows certain errors in the measurement, leading to some inconsistent research conclusions. Based on self-determination theory, this book combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to try to construct the types (active and passive) of pro-organizational and non-ethical behaviors and develop measurement tools to enrich the theoretical research results of this behavior and provide a basis for organizational management decision-making and also provide countermeasures and suggestions for human resource management of local organizations.
