A tough section of Cardiff's dockland was once famed worldwide as Tiger Bay. Now, the area is being developed and the old gangs are worried about losing their bits of docks territory to wealthy newcomers. The buzz is that local top villain Cordial Maximillian has struck up an alliance with two of his rivals. And the syndicate has hired a gunman. When he is found hanging from an ornamental crane, docks detectives Brade and Jenkins are faced with all out war.
