This life story proves that even the most stable and loving family who never abused, mistreated or deprived their children in any way, are just as capable of producing a delinquent child who causes them nothing but pain as any so called "socially disadvantaged family". It's not always down to the environment we grow up in; some of us are simply born this way. -Age 11 - started bunking off school & smoking -Age 12 - began to steal money from my parents and smoking regularly -Age 13 - started drinking spirits with my friends regularly -Age 14 - tried cannabis for the first time, it didn't take long until I was using it fairly frequently, also began to stay out all night as I was dating a man 5 years older than me (Ian) -Age 15 - lost my virginity, was staying out up to 20 nights a month by this time, and left home with the support of Social Service just a few weeks before my 16th birthday And this is only the first few years...
