The Corps Work Force in Transition

This report presents the findings of a demographic analysis of the Corps of Engineers work force and evaluate the implications of these findings for the future. It includes an overall description of the work force by age, grade, and pay plan categories. It also addresses advancement opportunities as perceived by employees in selected occupational series and highlights management implications. (Author).
