Two Horizons

After weeks of waiting in a makeshift hospital in Vietnam, the plane that would take Paul home had finally arrived. He had prayed for this day to come; he no longer wanted no part of this foul war. He was not even certain anyone really knew what either side was fighting for anymore.
Paul is on a quest. He has found himself searching for truth in the midst of personal tragedy and the biggest sense of loss he has ever experienced. After fighting for freedom in Vietnam, Paul has returned home to find that his life circumstances have changed drastically. The woman he loves has died and he is unceremoniously thrown back into the struggles and pain of his childhood, reliving his past experiences with startling clarity.
