A Comparative Study on the Dialectics of Divine Law and Democracy

The research methods in the dissertation An Islamic Perspective on Party-related Activities 'required presenting several insights divided into parts, chapters, and sections. We have worked through this according to the study plan which included ten chapters on parties, party work, and the multi-party system. This issue is considered one of the sensitive topics that has occupied peoples' minds and has entered in their daily life concerns.

The issue of legitimacy of the party has come forward in intellectual debates in the Muslim world since it is considered one of the issues that are relatively new. If the Muslim is to work in it he needs a legitimate position in order to be confident while practicing his job. To begin with, I have divided the study into two parts: the first falls in four chapters, where I will be dealing with linguistic and terminological definitions for words that are considered the main constituents of the issue of the legitimacy of party-related activities. In addition, I have traced in these chapters the origins of political parties in both the Western and Islamic worlds, and to what extent has the former affected the latter.
