Heaven's Portal, The Tip of the Spear is a story about an ordinary Ohio man named Shane McNaughton. He discovers that he has been given God-enabled ability that allows him to travel between the domains of Heaven, Hell, and Earth. With these supernatural powers, Shane is asked by God to save humanity and Earth from its current state of corruption and decline. Shane confronts overwhelming resistance from Hell's demons, corrupt governments, self-serving corporations, and even jealous fallen angels. Shane's adversaries relentlessly pursue him to thwart his mission as it threatens their way of life. Shane is asked to assemble of team of diverse individuals as Judges and followers of the Order of Masada. This fictional book parallels many of the challenges contemporary society faces as it struggles to make sense of corrupt politicians, dubious religious beliefs, and racial / religious / ethnic / sexual prejudices that cripples humanity. Whereas God promotes love and inclusion, today's world promotes hate and exclusion. What would God do if he were here? What would God think of the way we treat and care for the Earth, the paradise he created for us? Shane discovers that Satan has possessed many powerful and corrupt individuals on Earth. In fact, after observing their actions and demeanor Shane suspects that the leaders of the four most powerful countries are possessed by evil. Could Satan already possess this much power, and how can the Order of Masada stop something so powerful? Enjoy a book that is an exciting mix of thought-provoking looks at politics, fantasy adventure, human conditions and a spiritual view of today's world. This story pits narcissistic, corrupt and autocratic politicians against a world where people are slowly becoming poorer, sicker and more desperate. It highlights a better way where people living in harmony with the abundance of nature could, in turn, lead to a much more fulfilling human life. Shane McNaughton is on a journey to prove that love and peace can be achieved, despite all odds.
