Shifting Ground

In association with Amelia Johnson Contemporary, we are delighted to present by the noted Pakistani artists Faiza Butt and Naiza Khan. Entitled Shifting Ground, the artists use this exhibition to discuss the idea of changing personal and artistic perspectives, and to explore a cultural transformation by means of migration and assimilation as well as cultural expectations that both are subject to and the resulting possible 'contaminations'. A catalogue of this exhibition with an introductory essay written by Rosa Maria Falvo is now available. Falvo is a writer and curator, and the international editor for Skira Publishing in Milan.
