Rust; a History of the Clark County, Ohio, Pioneer Family

Valentine Rost (Rust) (ca. 1729- ca. 1805), possibly a German immigrant of 1751, was in Berks County, Pennsylvania in 1764 and 1765. In 1782 he owned land in Shenandoah, Virginia, and in 1789 he owned land in Rockingham County, Virginia. Descendants listed lived chiefly in Clark County, Ohio.
