These books cover only part of a diverse career spanning the entire latter half of the twentieth century. If the dwellings shown in these books were the only product of that career, they would still have earned the architect a special place in postwar modernist history. It is sometimes difficult to believe that all this work comprises just a small portion of Seidler's total creative output, which includes all scales and forms of architecture.
