The Witches of Abernathy

The Witches of Abernethy explores how war and revolution tears at the fabric of society. Sera Moore and Bonnie Abernethy are two sisters bound by their magical powers, torn apart by politics and religion. Hurtling towards what turned out to be the turning point of the American Revolution, a small town in western North Carolina is being ravaged by civil war. Bonnie must fight her sister, friends, neighbors, and family members and hone the powers passed down to her from Abernethy witches of the past in order to help the colonists break free from the tyranny of the British crown.
