Violence in the Schools

The purpose of this report is to offer some insight into the problem of violence in schools and provide concrete examples of ways to reduce it. It looks at youth and youth gang-related violence, violence against teachers and students, violence prevention programs, bullying, sexual harassment, and sexual assault and abuse. It lists studies and provides examples of programs that target these specific forms of violence. It also provides a list of persons in notes or consulted.
