Street Language

This project is a light, informal look at a collection of Spanish-named streets in L.A. County translated into English. Through the different sections in the book, the reader can view these L.A. streets through a new lens, discovering factoids and interesting tidbits about the rich Hispanic history found in L.A. streets. Each section begins with a short introduction by the author, followed by an index-style list of street names with their English equivalents. Enjoy the moment and appreciate your local surroundings by taking this novel ride through the author's native L.A.
