Twelve Birthdays

A collection of historical fiction stories depicting Jesus of Nazareth from age one to age 12. One story per year of age, treating increasingly complex relationships and situations as Jesus grows and develops. Jesus is presented as a reverent, polite and intelligent child who is fully human and does not work miracles among his playmates. He struggles to understand who he is born to become and how he is to accomplish what scripture says about him. Though there has been little written about his childhood, we know a lot about his childhood by studying the man. This is Jesus developing as a human being before he entered into the power and miracles of his ministry years. He is a lot like boys you have known, but displays no evidence of a sin nature.
