Reunion

When Michael Robinson receives an invitation to his high school Reunion, he's certain that it's really a personal message from an otherworldly creature he encountered as a boy, one that killed his father and his best friend. Believing that this mysterious monster has finally tracked him down, Michael knows he must return to his birthplace in Templeton to face the being or it will never let him have peace. This same entity has been quietly killing off locals for years. Deputy Chief of Police Andrew Scott knows something strange is happening, but no one other than himself can see the glowing trails of slime left by the monster. It isn't until he arrests a boyhood friend named Jack for murder that Andrew begins to realize he hasn't been imagining things. Jack claims a monster killed his parents, and then reveals that someone else knows all about it: Michael Robinson. With the Reunion fast approaching, Andrew knows he must reconnect with his old friend, Michael, and find out more about the creature. Andrew isn't the only one waiting for Michael's return. Jenny Cranston is a physically deformed woman who lives in a dream world dominated by her talking cat. The feline has convinced her that Michael is the man of her dreams, so she too anxiously awaits his return. However, Jenny may prove to be the least of Michael's worries. Shades of Stephen King!
