Norma Chapman Haynes, a lifelong resident of Newnan, began her writing career-if it can be called that-on the staff of the Newnan High School Tiger Tracks in 1955. Tiger Tracks was printed in the Newnan Times-Herald weekly and told of the activities of the students. She has a deep love for her town and the people who have lived here.
