Advances in Laryngology in Europe

During the first thirty years of this century, laryngology, in close cooperation with otology and rhinology, developed to a worldwide acknowledged sector of medical science and has since - similar to many other medical fields - made rapid progress.This volume presents the results of European laryngological efforts, concentrating on the central topic of laryngeal carcinomas and precancerous conditions, as well as the discussion of the various benign alterations of the larynx that also form an important aspect of interest.
