Leadership is a Journey.

How do you define leadership? Chances are, if you look back on your career, you could name at least one person that you thought was a great leader. There are thousands of books on the subject, but what really makes a great leader? Leadership is very personal. All of us experience it, for good and for bad, and learn from both the best leaders and the worst ones. Leadership is desperately needed in the world and sorely lacking. The good news is that anyone can be a leader. It isn't about a title or job description. It isn't about the size of your company or your team. It is about you and inspiring others to challenge the status quo and inspiring greatness.
