This German-English dictionary and factbook provides the designation and technical details of every German class of submarine from the Brandtaucher in 1850 through 1945. The book includes German terms and abbreviations for weaponry, equipment, commands, German navy ranks and relevant institutions, and a wealth of terms used by submariners in their daily lives.
