Anesthesia for Cardiac Surgery

A multi-authored textbook (Di Nardo and Schwartz are joined by four others in several chapters) by cardiac anesthetists who received their residency training at Beth Israel, a major teaching hospital of the Harvard Med. School. Chapters review relevant physiology, outline specific goals for the anesthetic plan, and describe a specific anesthetic plan (from pre-op to postbypass management).
